不同砧木上苹果品种光合特性比较研究 被引量:49

摘要 不同苹果品种、砧木以及不同砧穗组合对嫁接植株叶片光合效率的影响有明显的差异。3个供试品种中,首红叶片的光合效能(叶绿体PS原初光能转换效率)最强。就不同砧木对供试品种叶片光合效能的影响而言,以M26和M7显著高于Bud9。在所有试验的9个砧穗组合中,首红/M26光合效能显著高于嘎拉/M7、嘎拉/Bud9和乔纳金/Bud9。对同一品种而言,只有乔纳金表现为不同砧木种类对接穗光合作用有明显影响,以嫁接在M26上的光合效率较高,而嫁接在Bud9砧木上的较低。就不同砧木对同一接穗品种叶片光合效能的影响程度而言,3个品种都表现为相似的变化趋势:M26>M7>Bud9。 Some significant differences in photosynthetic performance exists among various cultivars, rootstocks as well as scion combinations. The leaf photosynthetic capacity of Redchief was the highest among 3 cultivars. As far as 3 rootstocks were concerned, the leaf photosynthetic capacity of three cultivars on M_26 was apparently higher than Bud_9 with no statistical difference from M_7. Among all 9 scion combinations tested, the leaf photosynthetic efficiency of Redchief/M_26 was significantly higher than Gala/M_7, Gala/Bud_9 and Jonagold/Bud_9. With Jonagold, an effect of rootstocks was found on scion photosynthesis, indicating that the photosynthetic capacity of M_26 was higher than Bud_9. Considering the effect of the 3 different rootstocks on a single cultivar, three cultivars had a similar trend towards changes of scion photosynthetic performance: M_26>M_7>Bud_9.
