贮藏温度对唐菖蒲球茎打破休眠和萌芽的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以唐菖蒲早花品种'Mascagni'和晚花品种'PinkDiamond'为试材,研究了不同贮藏温度对球茎打破休眠和生根、萌芽的作用。结果表明:室温可打破球茎休眠,但一致性很差,且不利于球茎长期贮藏;低温处理有利于球茎解除休眠,促进萌芽和生长,其中5℃最有效,1℃次之,10℃较差。晚花品种比早花品种提前打破休眠。变温处理加速球茎休眠的解除,但品种间有较大差异。 This is a research on the influence of different storaging temperatures on breaking corm dormancy of Gladioluswith two cultivars of 'Mascagni' and 'Pink Diamond'. Results show that room temperature was disadvantageous to releasing dormancy and long term storage of corms. Low temperatures could break dormancy and promote germination, 5℃ was the most effective. The late-flowering cultivar broke dormancy earlier than the early-flowering one. Alternating temperatures accelerated corm dormancy releasing, but there was obvious difference between the two cultivars.
