摘要
在大豆分枝期(V_(4-5))到开花期(R_1)用250ppm多效唑(Paclobutrazol)叶面喷雾(每亩40~50kg药液),可使大豆节间明显缩短,主茎矮化,增强抗倒伏能力。同时主茎有效分枝数及绿叶数明显增加,并有推迟叶片的衰老、改善植株间的透光性、提高叶片的叶绿素含量和植株干重,增加单株粒数的效应。一般亩增收大豆20%左右。
Spraying the surface of leaves with 250ppm paclobutrazol during the period from V_(4-5) to R_1 can shorten the length of internode of soybean with the result of getting shorter main stalk. Meanwhile, the lodging resistance of soybean can be strengthened, and the number of effective branches and green leaves increase obviously. Paclobutrazol can delay the senescence. of leaves, improve the solar radiation in canopy, and increase the chlorophyll content of leaf blade, total dry matter and seed weight per plant. Finally, the yield may increase about 20%.
