Analysis of erucic acid and glucosinolate in intact rapeseed by fourier transform near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy

摘要 利用傅里叶变换漫反射近红外光谱技术和大量代表性油菜籽标准样品建立完整油菜籽中芥酸、硫甙测定模型,内部交叉法和外部检验集样品对模型验证结果表明:芥酸、硫甙模型复相关系数分别为0.9618和0.9785,内部验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为1.97和5.16。用所建模型对油菜籽样品芥酸、硫甙测定结果与国家和国际标准方法测定结果基本一致,建立的近红外分析模型能够满足油菜育种中对初级世代材料芥酸、硫甙含量的快速测定筛选要求。 Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy technology and 346 rapeseeds selected samples were used to set up models for determination of erucic acid and total glucosinolates. Cross validation and test samples determination showed that the correspondence of erucic acid model and glucosinolates model were 0.9618 and 0.9785 , and the RMSECV were 1.97 and 5.16 respectively. Comparison of the glucosinolates and erucic acid value by NIR and the standard methods with GC and HPLC showed good correlation. NIR could be used in double low rapeseed breeding for quality testing.
