双低抗(耐)病杂交油菜新品种华油2790的选育 被引量:2

摘要 华油2790是利用陕2A不育系等材料,经测交、诱变、杂交和回交等方法选育的甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育三系杂交种,具有品质优、抗(耐)病性强、产量高、稳产性好、适应性广等特征。河南省区试平均产量2853.8kg/hm2,比第一对照豫油2号增产19.4%,比第二对照秦油2号增产8.7%;全国(黄淮区)油菜区试平均产量2677.5kg/hm2,比对照秦油2号增产5.76%。种子芥酸含量0.10%,商品籽饼粕硫甙含量19.67μmol/g。 Huayou 2790, a cytoplasmic male sterile three-line rapeseed hybrid was bred through the methods of test-crossing, induced mutation and crossing. Its parental materials were from Shan 2A cytoplasmic male sterile line of Qinyou No.2. The variety possessed the characteristics of high yield, stable yield, good quality, disease resistance(tolerance)and extensive adaptability. In Regional Trial of Henan, the Huayou 2790 gave 2 853.8kg/hm^2 of average yield, which outyielded the first control variety Yuyou No.2 by 19.4% and outyielded the second control variety Qinyou No.2 by 8.7%. In National Regional Trial, the Huayou 2790 gave 2 677.5kg/hm^2 of average yield, which outyielded the control variety Qinyou No.2 by 5.76%. The erucic content of Huayou 2790 seeds was 0.10%, and the glucosinolate content was 19.67μmol/g in commercial seeds' cake. It was registered by Henan Crop Variety Approval and Chinese Crop Variety Approval in 2002 and 2003, respectively.
