摘要
以苯酐与十八醇为原料 ,选用非酸催化剂 ,在实验室合成了邻苯二甲酸二 (十八 )酯。实验结果表明 :反应温度控制在 2 2 0℃、n (十八醇 )∶n (苯酐 )为 3 2∶1、总物料中催化剂的质量分数 (ω)为 0 2 %时 ,苯酐的转化率达到 96%以上 ,邻苯二甲酸二 (十八 )酯的直收率在
Disteary phthalate was prepared with phthalic anhydride and stearyl alcohol as raw materials and non-acid catalyst as catalyst.The experimental results showed when the reaction temperature was 220 ℃,the ratio of stearyl alcohol to phthalic anhydride was 3.2∶1,and the mass concentration of catalyst was 0.2%,the conversion of phthalic anhydride was up to 96%,and the yield of distearyl phthalate was more than 99%.
