ABS/PC聚合物合金的性能研究

Study on Property of ABS/PC Polymer Blends

研究了ABS和PC共混比对含有一定量相容剂的ABS/PC聚合物合金力学性能、耐热性、动态力学性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明 ,PC的加入可以提高聚合物共混物的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、热变形温度和玻璃态转变温度 ;在PC为连续相的共混体系中 。

The effect of the blending ratio of ABS with PC on the mechanical properties,heat resistance,dynamic mechanical behavior and failure morphology was studied.The results displayed that the tensile strength,flexural strength,heat distortion temperature and glass transition temperature could be improved when PC was blended with ABS.The blend had better overall property if PC was continuous phase in the ABS/PC systems.
