摘要
采用正交设计表〔L25(56)〕设计、分析实验,发现在适温范围(17~25℃)内,盐度为影响鲤鱼(CyprinuscarpioL.)胚后发育的主要因素,其次是温度,并且二者有显著的交互作用。胚胎发育所需时间与水温成负相关关系,相关方程为y=-3.9x+169.4,水温对鲤鱼胚胎发育速度的影响肌肉效应期之后较肌肉效应期之前大。盐度与鲤鱼胚胎孵化率呈负相关关系。经方差分析,鲤鱼胚胎和前期仔鱼发育的最佳孵化盐度为1‰左右,温度为21℃左右。
The orthogonal design L_2~5 (5~6) and analysis experiment were employed. The results show that the most important factor affected embryo and larvae development in the proper water temperature range(17~25 ℃)was salinity, and then the temperature. Furthermore, there were clear interacting effects between the salinity and the water temperature. The time for embryo growth was related with the water temperature negatively. The interrelated formula was y=-3.9 x+169.4. And the effect of water temperature on the carp embryo growth speed was more after the muscle effected period than the before.The salinity was related with the hatching rate negatively. Through the analysis of variance, the best hatching salinity of embryo growth and larvae development was about 1‰, and the best water temperature was about 21 ℃.
