羊注射疫苗的同时注射阿维菌素对其消化道线虫驱除效果的观察

Effect of Injection of Vaccine in Conjunction with Avermectin on Getting Rid of Nematode in Digestive Tract

选用羊三联四防疫苗 (1头份 )和 1 %阿维菌素注射液 (按 0 . 2ｍＬ 1 0ｋｇ)混合皮下注射 ,并分别与注射羊三联四防疫苗防病和用 1 %阿维菌素驱虫效果比较 ,结果无明显差异 ,对羊无毒副作用 。

The trivalent vaccine was mixed with 1% Avermectin, and the mixture was injected into the sheep simultaneously, while comparing with the single injection, respectively. The results show that there is no distinct difference between them. Also, there are no side effects on the experimental animals. So the mixed injection is of important practical values.
