鲤鱼红细胞电泳淌度的研究

摘要 以单细胞成像法测量了经功夫菊酯攻毒处理的水质净化剂组和无水质净化剂组的杂交鲤鱼红细胞在塑料(polymethalmethacrylate,PMMA)微流控芯片上的电泳淌度。认为功夫菊酯攻毒处理后水质净化剂组和无水质净化剂组均使鲤鱼红细胞电泳淌度有明显改变,但前者增加幅度低于后者。红细胞电泳淌度可作为环境毒理检测指标,为今后毒理学研究奠定一定的理论基础。 The electrophoretic mobility of three groups' common carp erythrocyte on PMMA chip has been studied by singe-cell imaging. It is demonstrated that the variation of the cell migration velocity is originated from the change of water quality and Lambda-cyhalothrin. The cell electrophoretic mobility being used as a parameter for environmental toxity has also been discussed.
