饮酒的量与肝脏组织学和血清学的变化

Changes with histology and serlolgy of liver and the quantity of drinking alcohol

目的 探讨饮酒量与肝脏组织学及血清学的变化情况。方法 30只雄性大耳白兔随机分成实验组 (2 7只 ) ,定时定量鼻饲白酒 38% (V/V) ,对照组 (3只 )以生理盐水 ,观察 8周 ,作肝脏组织学和血清学检验。结果 少量饮酒组 ,肝脏组织学和血清学与对照组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,随着饮酒量的增加 ,肝脏组织学和血清学有明显改变 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 饮酒超过一定的量可引起肝脏组织学和血清学的变化。

Objective TO investigate the changes with histology and serology of liver and the guantity of drinking alcohol.Methods Thirty male rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:experiment group(n=27) were fed with alochol〔38%(V/V)〕through nose timely and quantitatively,and control group(n=3) received saline as placebo.The end of 8-week follow-up period respectively in all rabbits,then to exmine the liver of histology and serology. Results There was no significant difference between the groups of drinking a little quantity of alcohol and control one(P>0.05),the changes with histology and serology of liver became significanter with increase in the quantity of drinking alcohol(P<0.01). Condusion Drinking alcohol exceeded a certain quantity might cause the changes with histology and serology of liver.
