丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液与刺五加注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的比较

目的 比较丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液与刺五加注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 5 8例不稳定型心绞痛病人随机分为丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液组和刺五加组 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 97%及 85 % ,差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组心电图有效率分别为 89%及 6 0 % ,差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效优于刺五加注射液。

Objective To Compare the therapeutic effectiveness of injections of Sulfotanshinone sodium and Acanthopanax senticosus in treating unstable angina.Methods Fifty-eight patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group with 28 cases and contract group with 30 cases. The data was checked by χ 2. Results The total effective rate for 2 groups were 97% and 85%. Significant difference (P<0.05) was found between the Sulfotanshinone sodium group and the Acanthopanax senticosus group . Total effective rate of electrocardiology for 2 groups were 89% and 60%, in the Sulfotanshinone sodium group are showed that better than the Acanthopanax senticosus group(P<0.05).Conclusion Injection of Sulfotanshinone sodium is superior to Aeamthopanax senticosus in treating unstable angina pectoris.
