猪ESR mRNA在不同组织表达的定量研究 被引量:4

摘要 以看家基因GAPDH为内标 ,采用半定量RT PCR法检查了ESRmRNA在卵巢等 12种组织中表达情况。结果表明ESR基因有 2种表达产物 ,其中在肠、卵巢、脾、心、肺、肝等组织的表达产物为一种形式 ,而子宫、肌肉等组织为另一种形式 ,在肾中 2种形式的表达产物共存。通过计算机凝胶成像分析系统 ,对胶进行扫描 ,显示出在 12种组织中 ,ESRmRNA表达量在肺中最高 ,其次是卵巢、肠、心、子宫、脾、肝、肌肉等。在输卵管、肾、脂肪和乳腺组织中 ,ESRmRNA表达量很少。 Twelve tissues or organsincluding ovary, li ver and so on were used to detectedthe ESR mRNAlevels by using semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The results showed that 2 transcripts of t he ESR mRNA were detected. The ESR mRNA was abundant in lung, followed b y in ovary, gut, heart, uterus, liver muscle and less abundant in oviduct, kidn ey, fat and mammy gland.
