摘要
以金刚 30、窄叶青、XM 5、XM 6、M4 1等 5个品种为鉴别品种 ,将来自 4省的 75个细条病菌菌株的毒力划分为 0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ等 7个致病型 ,0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型毒力差异主要呈由弱到强的数量变化 ,占测试株的 89.3% ,其中较强毒力的Ⅲ、Ⅳ型菌占参试菌的 5 4 .7% ;Ⅴ和Ⅵ型间呈交叉反应式的强互作关系 ,占参试菌的 10 .7%。 4省菌株毒力的比较表明 ,福建省以Ⅲ、Ⅳ型菌为主 ;江西省以Ⅲ、Ⅵ型菌为主 ;湖北省以Ⅱ、Ⅲ型菌为主 ;湖南省没表现突出的优势群 ,但较强毒力的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型菌所占比例为 5 5 .6 %。
The pathogenicity of 75 isolates from Rice Streak Bligh t caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola (Xoo) from the provinces of Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian was tested on 5 differential varieties of Jingang3 0,Zheyeqing, Xm5, Xm6 and M41 . It was classified into seven pathotypes of 0,Ⅰ ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ. 89.3% of them was belong to pathotypes of 0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ, whoes virulence represented as quantity variation from weak to strong.The pa thotypes of Ⅲ and Ⅳ were suggested to be targets of breeding for disease re sistance as they showed much higher virulence and proportion(54.7%) . It was 10 .7% the proportion of strain Ⅴ and Ⅵ that showed quality variation with cross interaction. A high attention should be paid for monitoring them.The result ind icated that the predominant pathotype was Ⅲand Ⅳ in Fujian,Ⅲand Ⅵ in Jianxi, Ⅱand Ⅲ in Hubei, no predominant in Hunan. But the sum of proportion ofⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ was 55.6% comparing with the virulence of Xoo from four provinces.
