摘要
剖析了圆盘反应器的流型及其影响因素,指出圆盘反应器的虚拟级数N应为盘数;讨论了反应器中熔体流动过程中存在多次的动量、能量的传递;由于反应器结构上存在死角和短路,其F(t),E(t)并非理想状态。对反应器气相流动作了简述。
Disc reactor is a type of series connection,multistage ideal mixed reactor.The flowing pattern and influence factors of disc reactor were analyzed.It is pointed out that fictitious number N of disc reactor should be number of plate.The existence of the many times transmission of momentum and energy during the process of melt flowing in the reactor was discussed. Due to the blind angle and short circuit on the reactor structure its F(t),E(t)are not concerned as ideal as they are finally. A summary of gas phase flow in the reactor was given.
