杜邦技术的聚酯生产具有停留时间短、反应条件强的特点,产品质量控制是高负荷生产的关键,本文结合实际生产,通过优化生产工艺,达到了高负荷下产品质量的稳定和优质控制。
The polyester production of DuPont technology have the characteristics such as short dwell time,strong reaction conditions,so the quality control of the products becomes the key point of high load production.Combination with the practicle production,through optimization the production technology,the steady and high quality control of product under high load were reached and reference was provided for similar plant.
