摘要
介绍了应用于聚酯企业污水处理装置的、基于SIMATICS7 300的PLC控制系统。该系统对于聚酯及纺丝工艺过程排放的高浓度、含PTA残渣和油剂的废水处理过程具有较好的控制作用。重点分析和介绍了其中和反应pH值的前馈加反馈控制方法。
The PLC control system based on SIMATIC S7-300 technique was applied to the waste water treatment device in polyester and chemical fiber plants.It makes good effect on the treatment process of waste water discharged from polyester and spinning technology process with high concentration and contaning PTA residue and finish oil.The forth-feed and back-feed control strategy applied to pH neutralization process was analyzed and introduced as a focal point.It has a certain intrference value for those waste water treatment control system in polyester and chemical fiber plants.
