中药防治幼小大白鼠肥胖的实验研究

Experimental study of preventing and curing obese rats in Chinese herbs.

【目的】 探讨中药复方制剂对肥胖幼小大白鼠生长发育、体内脂肪及其代谢的影响。 【方法】 对幼小大白鼠喂以高脂高营养饲料 ,在幼鼠生长发育过程中诱导其形成肥胖模型 ,分别观察中药口服液对幼鼠致肥过程中及肥胖形成后所产生的影响。实验分为正常对照、肥胖对照及肥胖干预组 ,分别测定其体格发育指标、体内脂肪含量、脂肪细胞大小及血清胆固醇、甘油三酯水平 ,各组数据经方差分析后行两两比较。 【结果】 中药口服液对幼鼠体格发育未见有不良影响 ,而对其脂肪含量、血脂水平有降低作用 (P <0 .0 1和 <0 .0 5 ) ,对增大的脂肪细胞有回缩作用 (P <0 .0 1)。 【结论】 中药制剂对幼鼠肥胖的发生有一定预防作用 ,同时对肥胖的幼鼠具有减肥消脂的治疗作用 。

Objective To explore the effects of Chinese herbs on physical development、fat of body and lipometabolism in infantile Wistar obese rats. The infantile rats were fed with high-lipid and high-nutrition diets to produce an experimental obese rats ,to observe respectively the effects that the Chinese herbs acts on the rats in the process of feeding them up and after feeding them up.The experiment was divided into normal, obese and intervention groups, the physical development,adipose tissue,lipocyte size and the contents of serum cholestrol、triglyceride of the rats were evaluated,the data was analysed and compared. No side-effect for rats’physical development were observed effect for the adipose tissue、 lipid levels of blood were reduced(P<0.01,0.05),and the enlarged lipocyte was lessened(P<0.01). [Conclusion] With Chinese herbs the preventive and therapeutic effect on obese rats and no side-effect for rats’physical development are observed.
