摘要
用BLUP法对36头二花脸公猪、19头姜曲海公猪的女儿1～4胎的繁殖性状进行了育种值估测;并用秩相关法比较了最小二乘、带与不带亲缘相关矩阵的BLUP三种方法的估测效果。结果表明,最小二乘分析法的估测最不理想,与二种BLUP法的秩相关系数都很低(从0.230～0.726),带亲缘相关阵的BLUP法由于所含信息量最多,因而估测效果最可靠;对二个猪种的公猪育种值名次进行了系谱跟踪,父子间相关在二个猪种间有着较大的差异:2、4胎产仔存活性状姜曲海猪呈父子负相关(-0.224～0.491),而二花脸猪则为中或强的正相关(0.431～0.683)。
The breeding values for the reproductive traits in 36 boars of Erhualian swine and 19 boars of Jianquhai swine were estimated by the best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP). The estimated effects were compared by the rank correlation: the BLUP with the numerator correlation was ideal for most information being included in it while the analysis of least square not good. There were differences in the correlation between the parents and their filials in these two swine breedings as pedigree track being analysed to breeding values ofboars:Jianquhais' boars showed a negative correlation for the survival traits of 2nd and 4th litters (ranged—0.224 to—0.491) while Erhualian positive (ranged0.431 to 0.683).
