试论我国行政审批制度改革的路径选择

On choosing the reformation ways of our country'sadministrative examination and approval system

目前我国行政审批制度改革已经取得了突破性进展并进入了深化改革阶段。但由于没有一个明确的改革思路,改革过程中仍存在不少问题。本文通过分析激进式、理性式、渐进式和混合式审批制度改革路径的优缺点,结合我国改革的实践和现实环境,提出我国行政审批制度改革应选择混合式路径。

At present,the reform of administrative examination and approval has made a great progress in our country,and reached the stage of deepened reform.There are still a lot of problems in the course of the administrative reform because of lack of the explicit way.At the background of our country,this paper suggests that the reform of administrative examination and approval should adopt the composite way by the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of radical way,rational way,gradually advanced way and composite way.
