摘要
实施人才强国战略,是党中央全面分析我国面临的国际国内形势,在社会主义现代化建设新的历史时期做出的重大战略决策。针对当前我国人才资源市场化配置过程中存在的问题,政府应加快职能转变,积极进行体制创新,优化市场机制,推动我国人才资源的良性发展,为实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标打下坚实的机制基础。
In response to the problems existing in the course of present human resources marketizational disposing of our country,government should accelerate the process of shifting the function,carry on system innovation actively,optimize the market mechanism,promote the benign development of human resources of our country and lay the solid mechanism foundation in order to realize the magnificent goal of well-to-do society in an all-round way.
