新疆棉花苗期病害拮抗细菌的筛选和应用 被引量:2

Screening and Utilization of Antibiotic Bacteria for Cotton Seedling Diseases in Xinjiang

摘要 1998~1999年从新疆五个主要植棉区健壮棉苗的根际土壤中分离到1288株细菌。通过LB平板对峙测定,选出对强致病菌R105(R.Solani)和致病菌F106、F122、F108(Fusarium)抑制作用较强的116株拮抗细菌。经温室盆栽试验,10株芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)对R.Solani表现明显的防效,且优于化学药剂处理(MBC、PCNB)。在大田试验中,有三个菌株防效也比较明显。 1 288 bacteria were isolated from the healthy cotton rhizospheric soils in the five major cotton production regions of Xinjiang in 1998~1999. Among them, 116 bacteria which have strong antibiotic ability to the high pathogen R105 ( R.Solani AG-4) and pathogens F106,F122,F129 ( Fusarium) on the LB medium plates were screened. In glasshouse experiments, ten B.subtilis were the most effective in protecting cotton seedling diseases against R105( R.Solani ) and showed better effect than chemical treatments(MBC,PCNB). Three B.Subtilis have distinct control effect in the field testing.
