摘要
对春尺蠖成虫和卵块的空间分布型及抽样技术研究表明,各组样本各项指标均符合聚集分布的检定标准。应用Taylor幂法则、Iwao回归分析法测定出春尺蠖成虫和卵块的空间格局是基本成分为个体群的聚集分布,聚集强度随种群密度的升高而增加。得出了春尺蠖成虫在一定精确度水平下的序贯抽样模型和最适理论抽样模型分别为:Tn=2.2693m+0.8009)。卵块在一定精确度水平下的序D2(3.0702D2-0.8/n且n>0.8/D2和N=1贯抽样模型和最适理论抽样模型分别为:Tn=0.6281m+0.6337)。D2(1.2555D2-0.6337/n且n>0.
In this paper, Systematic studies on the spatial pattern and sampling technique of Apocheima cinerarius Erschoff population during adults and egg stage were reported. The results showed: both the adults and egg masses were aggregated in the forest. The characteristics of the spatial pattern of Apocheima cinerarius Erschoff adults and egg masses were estimated to be aggregated type and mutual attraction among individuals by the use of Taylor's and Iwao's methods. The adults sampling size requirement N=1D^2(3.070 2m+0.800 9) and the sequential sampling model T_n=2.269 3D^2-0.8/nand n>0.8/D^2 were determined at a precision level. The egg mases sampling size requirement N=1D^2(1.255 5m+0.633 7) and the sequential sampling model T_n=0.628 1D^2-0.633 7/nand n>0.633 7/D^2 were determined at a precision level.
