转基因抗虫棉对新疆棉田主要害虫及天敌群落的影响

Effects of Transgenic Bt Cotton on Main Pests and Community of Natural Enemies in Cotton Fields

转基因抗虫棉品系对棉田主要害虫及天敌群落的影响研究表明:转Bt基因棉和转Bt、CpTI双价基因棉化防田、自控田均对棉铃虫有良好的抗性,棉铃虫幼虫数量与对照相比,差异显著。但棉铃虫落卵量差异不显著;转基因棉对非靶标害虫有间接影响;转基因棉花对天敌数量影响不大。

The results showed that two transgenic cottons varieties were highly resistant to Cotton Bollworm. Two different transgenic cottons had no obvious resistance to cotton Bollworm eggs. The main pests in two different transgenic cottons fields were fluctuated. Comparing with CK, there wasn't any significant difference in two transgenic cottons and normal cotton. The tansgenic cotton has no large influence on the total number of natural enemies.
