新疆小麦黑胚籽粒分离鉴定初报 被引量:6

摘要 对采自南北疆的31个县市119份小麦样品,初步的分离鉴定结果表明:新疆地区小麦黑胚病籽粒的分离物以细链格孢[AlternariatenuisC.G.Nees]和小麦根腐离蠕孢[Biplarissorokiniana(Sacc.)Shoem]为主,同时分离到细极链格孢[Alternariatenuissima(KunzeexPers.)Wiltshire]、芽枝霉[Cladosporumspp.]、匍枝霉[Stemphyliumspp.]、镰刀菌[Fusariumspp.]、球黑孢霉[Nigrosporasphaerica(Sacc.)Mason],但出现的几率不大。在吐鲁番地区小麦黑胚籽粒中分离到喙状突脐霉(拟)[Exserohilumrostratum(Drech)Leo.&Sug.],在和静的黑胚籽粒中,匍枝霉[Stemphyliumspp.]分离率较多,同时分离出小麦生链格孢[AlternariatriticicolaVasantRao]。 According to 119 samples from 31 counties in Xinjiang,the primary results of isolation and identification showed that the fungi of wheat black embryo in Xinjiang is chiefly made up with Alternaria tenuis C. G. Nees and Biplaris sorokiniana (Sacc.) Shoem ,the other fungi,such as Alternaria tenuissima (Kunze ex Pers.) Wiltshire, Cladosporum spp. Stemphylium spp., Fusarium spp.and Nigrospora sphaerica (Sacc.) Mason,etc,can also be isolated,but the rate of isolation is small. We also isolated Exserohilum rostratum (Drech) Leo.& Sug. in the seeds of black embryo diease from Turpan .In Hojing,the rate of isolation of Stemphylium spp. is comparatively excessive,and the fungi of Alternaria triticicola Vasant Rao had been separated.
