摘要
应用10%Ph1(2,4 diacetylPhloroglucinol)乳油对小麦纹枯病和全蚀病进行温室防病测定。结果表明,10%Ph1乳油稀释至浓度为80μg/mL时浸种处理对小麦纹枯病的防效达55.90%,较浓度3.3×107cfu/mL的生防菌CPF10菌液浸种处理防效高10.96%,较干种子量1%的50%多菌灵拌种处理防效高5.09%。10%Ph1乳油稀释至浓度为80μg/mL时浸种处理对小麦全蚀病的防效达68.17%,较浓度3.3×107cfu/mL的生防菌CPF10菌液浸种处理防效高11.39%,较浓度80μg/mL的三唑酮浸种处理防效高3.78%。各处理组与空白对照相比均有显著性差异(LSR法,P<0.05)。
The study was made with 10% Ph1(2,4-diacetyPhloroglucinol)EC against wheat take-all and wheat sharp eyespot in greenhouse.Control efficiency of wheat take-all was up to 68.17% at the dosage of 80μg/mL Ph1 by dipping wheat seed,it increased 11.39% by using 3.3×10~7cfu/mL CPF10 wheat seed and 3.78% by using 80μg/mL triazolone wheat seed.Control efficiency of wheat sharp eyespot was up to 55.90% at the dosage of 80μg/mL Ph1 by dipping wheat seed,it increased 10.94% by using 3.3×10~7cfu/mL CPF10 wheat seed and 5.09% by using 1g/100g carbendazim wheat seed.There were significant differences between treatment and CK teams (LSR,P<0.05).
