芋的脱毒快繁及栽培研究

Study on speeding propagation with virus-free and cultivation of dasheen

通过对山东省芋种植区的主要栽培品种进行的病毒病害调查,根据国内外有关报道和受侵染叶片病症,及生物学方法检测,确认了侵染芋的主要病毒种类。利用梯度热处理和茎尖脱毒技术获得脱毒苗,经过检测,脱毒效果良好,然后进行组织培养。通过试验种植,脱毒苗子芋数、单芋重均高于未脱毒的对照组。

According to investigation on the virus diseases of the main breeds in Shandong dasheen cultivation area and the symptom of infected leaves,correlative reports of inland and overseas,and detection by biology methods,the result has showed the main virus.The virus-free seedings were gained with grads heat treating and stem apex virus-free techique.By detection,the effect is very good,then tissue culture is made.The plant experiment affirms that the number of son-taroes and the weight of single dasheen of virus-free seedlings are all higher than the compare group without virus-free.
