摘要
比较了异硫氰基苄基DTPA(SCN-Bz-DTPA)、环化DTPA酸酐(CDTPA)两种双功能络合剂与单克隆抗体(McAb)的偶联、偶联物与^(90)Y标记和标记物稳定性的差异。结果表明,无论在络合剂对单克隆抗体免疫活性影响方面,还是在标记物稳定性方面,SCN-Bz-DTPA都优于CDTPA。
Two bifunctional chelate agents 1-( p -isothiocyanato-benzyl) DTPA (SCN-Bz-DTPA) and cyclic DTPA anhydride (CDTPA) are synthesized and conjugated with antibody, subsequently labeled with 90Y (Ac)3. There are differences in two chelants conjuated with antibodies and the radiochemical stability of the preparation in Vitro. The results show that SCN-Bz- DTPA is superior to CDTP A.
