三白草黄酮类化合物对糖尿病治疗作用的实验研究

Empirical Study of the Therapeutic Effect of Saururi Flavanoid to Diabetes

为探讨三白草降血糖的作用机理 ,建立四氧嘧啶型糖尿病兔动物模型 ,观察三白草总黄酮对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病兔体内的血糖、超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的影响 ,结果显示三白草中的黄酮可使四氧嘧啶型糖尿病兔体内血糖值降低 ,超氧化物歧化酶的活力增强 ,丙二醇下降 ,说明三白草对四氧嘧啶型糖尿病具有治疗作用。

To discuss the mechanism for saururi to lower the blood sugar,Setting up diabetic rabbit models of alloxan type and observing the influence of saururi total flavonoids to the blood sugar,SOD and malonaldehyde in diabetic rabbits of alloxan type.It showed that the flavone in saururi could lower the blood sugar and malonaldehyde value as well as enhance the activity of SOD in diabetic rabbits of alloxan type,which convinced that saururi had an therapeutic effect to diabetes of alloxan type.
