摘要
以甜柿次郎和禅寺丸为试材,10~25mg/L的CPPU于花后10d喷果,结果表明:均显著促进两种甜柿果实的膨大;均提高了果实的果形指数;均显著提高果实单果重;同时提高了果皮叶绿素含量,采收时延迟退绿;在着色期提高果皮花青素含量;对果皮类胡萝卜素含量影响不大。
The new plant growth regulator 10~25 mg/L CPPU was sprayed on fruit of non-astringent persimmon 'Jiro' and 'Zenjimaru' 10 days after full bloom. The results were as follows: after treated with CPPU, the fruit growth evidently accelerated and the index of fruit shape increased; the weight of individual fruit increased, the chlorophyll content of pericarp increased, chlorophyll disappearane delayed ;the anthocyanin content of pericarp increased during the colouring, and there was no distinct effect on carotenoids content of pericarp.
