摘要
在傅里叶轮廓术中引入小波变换滤波器解析对物体的三维形貌进行测量和分析.采用对数伽柏(logGabor)函数生成一组非线性滤波器对光栅图像进行滤波,从而获得光栅图像的相位信息,以实现全自动化测量和提高测量精度.最后给出模拟和实验结果.
Based on Fourier Transform Profilometry, wavelet filter is used to analysis 3-D shapes of objecte. A series of non-linear filters for analyzing the grating image are created by ueing a log Gabor function, then get the phase information, which can make the measurement automatically and improve the precision. Simulation and experiment results are presented.
