Studies on the Kinetics Model of Deacetylation Reaction of Chitin

研究了甲壳素脱乙酰化反应,推导出了扩散动力学模型,经最小二乘方拟合验证后,模型能很好预测甲壳素脱乙酰化反应。对模型中的扩散系数D进行了分析,得出了反应活化能。

The deacetylation of chitin was studied under different conditions. A diffusion controlled model was deduced. Fitting by least square method using this model, the calculated degree of deacetylation of chitin was close to the actual value. The diffusion controlled model describes well the deacetylation reaction, especially at the early stage.
