摘要 牢记为人民服务的宗旨,办好让人民满意的教育。这是我国面向21世纪建设小康社会对教育工作提出的基本要求。目前,我国高等学校大学生对学校满意度如何?要如何办一个让人民满意的高等教育?为此,我们组织了对全国包括国家重点建设的"211工程"综合大学、本科、专科(高职)院校的部分大学生对所进大学和学习专业,大学特色,大学管理,校风、教风和学风,对大学教师教学,学生工作,后勤服务,治安状况,就业指导工作等十个方面的问卷调查和访谈。结果综合显示,大学生对高等学校的满意度为:非常满意仅为0.52%,满意15.27%,一般51.32%,不满意32.89%。这说明要办好让人民满意的教育还有很多工作要做。本文提出解决大学生对高等学校满意度的8点建议。 : Keep firmly in mind the humanness people the aim of the service, do to like to let satisfied education in people.This is the basic request for our country in faceing to the development of middle-class family society in 21 century which bring to education line. Currently, how about the undergraduates' satisfying degree to the universities in our country? How to let the people be satisfied with the higher education? For this, we organizes to include parts of university students that the'211 engineering' of national point developments synthesize university, undergraduate course, specialty( senior high vocational school) college to the whole country to enter the university to with study the profession, university special features, the university manages, school tradition, teach the breeze with the atmosphere of a school, to university teacher's teaching, the student works, the logistics serves, public order condition, the employment guides the work waits ten questionnaires investigates with interview.The result synthesizes the manifestation, university student to the approval of higher school is: very satisfied only for 0.52%, satisfied 15.27%, general 51.32%, dissatisfied 32.89%. This elucidation that we must to do many works of education in satisfied with people, for this, we put forward to solve eight suggestions that undergraduate to the university be satisfied with.
