高等教育大众化与高职质量保障体系的构建

Higher Education Popularization and Teaching Quality System in Higher Vocational Education

我国高等教育大众化进程中,要求高等职业教育应树立新的教育质量观,目前我国的高等职业教育在培养目标、办学特色、教学设施、质量管理等方面存在着一些不足。构建高职质量保障体系从外部环境上国家和政府应在政策上加强引导和管理,转变高职教育投入观念,切实提高教学条件;在学校内部上应改进和完善质量监督与评价体系,加强师资队伍建设。

During the process of popularization of higher education in our nation, it is requested to build up a new viewpoint of educational quality on higher vocational education. Nowadays, Chinese higher vocational education has some deficiencies on educational purpose, didactical characteristic, teaching equipment, quality control and so on. In order to design a higher vocational quality guarantee system, for outer circumstances, the government should strengthen the instructions and management and change the input conception of higher vocational education and improve teaching condition. For inner ones supervisory and appraisal system on quality should be ameliorated and perfected and training of teachers should be better by the college.
