Factors and Resolving Approaches of Affecting Undergraduates Major in Tourism in Universities

随着我国旅游教育事业的快速发展,旅游本科层次的在校生迅速增加,如何确保旅游专业本科学生的实习质量,提高实习效果,已成为影响旅游专业本科生综合素质的主要因素之一。本文从社会因素、学校因素、行业因素和学生因素四个方面系统地分析了影响旅游管理本科生实习效果的原因,针对不同因素,从学生的心态调整,学校加强实践教学,做好实习管理,建立比较稳定的校企合作关系,以及旅游行业部门的配合与重视五个方面,对如何提高旅游专业本科生实习效果的途径进行有益的探讨。

Along with the rapidly development of tourism education, the undergraduates major in tourism increased very quickly in universities, how to insure the practice quality and improve the practice effect of college tourism students have become one of the major factors which affecting the students' comprehensive quality. The author systemically analyses the factors affecting undergraduates major in tourism in universities from social factors, university factors, professional factors and students' factors, and aims to different factors, the author also brings up the solutions on how to improve practice quality by way of adjusting the students' practice attitude, strengthening university practice teaching, enhance practice management, establishing relatively stabilization cooperation, and the cooperation and attention of the tourism professional department.
