摘要
提出了适用于同步整流Flyback电路的一种软开关实现方法,即通过减小变压器激磁电感感量,使流过激磁电感的电流反向,从而达到开关管的ZVS软开关条件。分析了该电路的工作原理,给出了满足软开关条件的参数设计方法。最后设计了一个48V输入、5V/5A输出的电路模型来验证此方案的有效性。
This paper presents a method for soft switching applicable to Flyback converter with synchronous rectifier. Zero voltage switching conditions can be achieved when the value of magnetizing inductance of transformer is designed comparatively small, so that its current is bi-directional. This paper also analyzes the operation principle of the circuit and proposes the design considerations of soft switching condition. A prototype of 48V input, 5V/5A output Flyback converter is built to verify the strategy.
