高压输入串联型双管正激软开关变换器的研究

摘要 给出了适用于高压输入的串联型双管正激软开关电路的拓扑结构,分析了软开关过程的各个模态,并在此基础上进行了实验,得到了较为满意的实验结果。 The authors propose a topology of serial Two-Transistor Forward Converter (TTFC) fitting for converting the high input voltage to the low output voltage. The proposed topology was divided into two symetrical parts.Through serialization a typical three-level TTFC was constructed. Each of two parts operates half periode, the voltage-dividing at input was done by capacitor, thus the maximum voltage stress of transistor and its free-wheeling diode is Vin/2. In order to realize soft switching, the phase-shifted control was used. This paper analyzes every mode of soft switching. Experiment results show the efficiency at low voltage has achieved to 95%.
