摘要
提出了一种双主双辅有源箝位正激型DC/DC变换器,它通过采用两个较小容量的辅助开关和一个补偿复位电容使得该拓扑可以工作在占空比大于50%的状态,而且降低了所有开关的电压应力。因此,该拓扑十分适合在较高输入电压、较宽输入范围的场合应用。文中对双主双辅有源箝位正激拓扑的工作原理及特性进行了详细的分析。最后通过实验证实了该拓扑的优点。
A topology named dual switch active clamped forward converter with two auxiliary switches is proposed in this paper. Employing two small rating auxiliary switches and one compensation resetting capacitor, the proposed topology has the features of ZVS switching and operates at maximum PWM duty cycle (>0.5) while maintaining low voltage stress for all switches. Therefore, high conversion efficiency can be achieved for wide range input and high frequency operation. In this paper, the operation principle and characteristic of this topology are analyzed in detail. Finally, the advantages mentioned above are verified by experimental result.
