摘要
在分析研究转矩控制起动方式的基础上,设计出一种高性价比的软起动器。设计中以8XC196MC单片机为主控制器,实现了转矩控制起动方式,同时实现了当前电机的其他多种起动方式,并很好地解决了三相电压均衡性问题,并通过实验论证了其可行性。
The paper researches on the torque control starting method and introduces a kind of soft starting controller with high performance and low cost based on Intel 8XC196MC , which can solve the imbalance of three phase in electric network. The torque control starting method was applied in the controller. The prototype was developed. The datum of ex-periments show the torque control starting method can work effectively?
