鱼腥草素同系物对小鼠免疫影响的研究 被引量:19

摘要 鱼腥草素同系物 (烷酰基乙醛亚硫酸钠 )的浓度增加以及鱼腥草素同系物碳原子数增加都提高小鼠的碳廓清指数K ;同时 ,还使小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性增加 ,且随烷基碳原子数的增加顺序增强 ;对免疫器官重量无影响。在相同浓度下 ,小鼠的碳廓清指数K和鱼腥草素同系物碳原子数呈线性关系 (K =aX +b ,X =carbonnumber 2 )。鱼腥草素同系物能够提高小鼠血清中溶菌酶的活力 ,随浓度增加增幅加大 ,最大可达 2 0 %。体外试验结果表明 :鱼腥草素同系物低浓度时提高溶菌酶活力 ,高浓度时抑制酶活力。研究结果表明 Carbon granular expurgation index K and NK cellular activity increases with the augmentation of both concentrations and carbon numbers of Houttuyfonate homologues,and the correlation of K to carbon number can expressed quantitatively as K=aX+b(X=carbon number2)when tests at a fixed concentration Lysozymease activity in serum and natural killing cellular activity behave an improvement trend in the experiment Further research in vitro confirms that the activity of lysozymease can be enhanced by-Houttuyfonate at low concentration and inhibited at higher concentration The weight of immune organs of mouse shows no notable changs during the experiment The experimental results indicate that a new compound with higher immunization activity may be discovered by prolongation of C-chain of Houttuyfonate homologues
