奥氏体不锈钢离子渗氮层相结构与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 对1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢进行离子渗氮处理,研究不同渗氮条件下渗氮层的相结构与性能。结果表明:1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢离子渗氮时,钢中Cr与氮反应仅形成CrN,而非Cr2N;伴随CrN的形成,渗层原奥氏体转变为马氏体。经V(N2)∶V(H2)为1∶9及1∶3气氛氮化,渗氮层韧性很高;当气氛V(N2)∶V(H2)达3∶1时,形成大量γ′、ε相,渗层韧性剧减;气氛V(N2)∶V(H2)为1∶3时,耐磨性最佳。 Plasma nitriding was employed for 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel (ASS).Phase structures and properties of the nitrided layers at different nitriding atmospheres were investigated.It is shown that the chromium nitride in the nitrided layers on all occasions is CrN rather than Cr_2N.The surface layer′s austenite has transformed to martensite with the formation of CrN.When V(N_2)∶V(H_2) in the nitriding atmosphere is 1∶9 or 1∶3,the nitrided layer has very high toughness.When V(N_2)∶V(H_2) is 3∶1,large amounts of γ′ and ε nitrides appear.Thus the nitrided layer′s toughness decreases dramatically.When V(N_2)∶V(H_2) is 1∶3,the nitrided layer has the best wear resistance.
