摘要
随着时代发展,企业技术创新已从单个企业行为演变为基于信任的网络组织各企业的群体行为。在此,对技术创新网络产生背景和特征进行阐述,并对网络组织技术创新行为、隐性知识流动转化(简称流转)、核心竞争力三者的关系加以探讨。
With the on-going of time,business technological innovation has turned sole firm's behavior into cluster one in network organization based on trust. It illustrates the background and characteristics of technological innovation network,and gives analysis to relations among innovation behaviors in technological innovation network,flow-transfer of tacit knowledge and core competence.
