摘要
为解决钢铁企业管理中存在的生产与市场需求脱节等问题,建立了基于CRM与ERP集成的生产经营管理模式。在将业务流程以客户为中心进行重组的基础上,对业务过程和数据进行集成,建立了基于CRM的钢铁行业企业管理信息系统软件框架,并对系统功能进行设计,通过将客户关系管理功能融入ERP系统,实现了从订单生产到资金回笼的生产经营全过程的信息化管理。
In order to resolve the problem of separation between production and market demands in steel enterprise management,the CRM and ERP-based integration production and business mode is presented.On the base of process reorganization focused on clients,the business process and data are integrated.The software frame is built.The system functions are designed.Through relating CRM to ERP system,the information management from ordering to capital withdrawal is realized.
