摘要
针对金属圆管的吸能设计,通过落锤试验和动力显式有限元法对低碳钢和不锈钢圆管的碰撞吸能特性进行了研究。研究发现:轴向冲击下圆管的失效模式分为轴对称模式、过渡模式和非轴对称模式,初始几何缺陷的随机性是产生不同失效模式的原因之一。给出了平均碰撞力的设计公式,最后探讨了采用铝基蜂窝状填充材料对圆管耐撞强度的影响。
In this paper, to counter energy absorption design of metal round tube, the energy absorption characteristics of round mild and stainless steel tube is studied based on drop-hammer test and dynamic explicit finite element method. The axial crushing of mild steel and stainless round tube produces three distinctive deformation modes, namely the axisymmetric mode, transition mode and non-axisymmetric mode. Numerical FEM result shows that stochastic character of geometry imperfect is one of the cause of different failure mode. Design formula for average crushing force of round tube is developed. Also the effect of reinforcing the tube by mean of honeycomb filling on crashworthiness strength is accessed.
