摘要
对于纱线来说,残余扭矩过大,在很大程度上影响着纱线的稳定性。同时,纱线在不同情况下扭矩的变化和存在状态将决定后道的织造和加工过程。国内外科研人员针对各种纱线的残余扭矩做过大量的研究工作,但未发现有关Tencel纱线残余扭矩及扭转定形方面的报道。因此,这里通过测试纱线扭矩-捻度关系、纱线扭矩松弛曲线,对经不同条件处理后的Tencel纱线扭矩松弛情况和扭转定形进行测试分析。测试发现,Tencel纱线在湿热条件下的扭转定形程度与定形稳定性均高于干热处理。
As to yarn, the higher residual torque will affect yarns' stability. At the same time, the existing state and change of yarns'torque in different conditions will determine the following process. Many researchers in and abroad have studied the yarns' residual torque, but seldom reports have been found on Tencel yarns. Thus, we studied the torque setting and torque relaxation of Tencel yarns from the torquetwist curve and measurement of residual torque. It is found that the stability and degree of Tencel yarns' torsion setting are both higher after treated in wet than in dry air.
