摘要
论文应用了生态足迹的概念及生态足迹计算模型,以中国2002年统计年鉴和科尔泌左翼后旗2001年度统计资料为依据,对科左后旗2001年的生态足迹进行了计算和分析,结果表明科尔沁左翼后旗2001年人均生态需求为2.0908hm2,人均生态承载力为1.5946hm2,人均生态赤字为0.4962hm2。这反映出人类的生产、生活强度超过了其当时生态系统的承载能力,该区域生态系统处于人类的过度开发利用和压力之下,是1种不可持续状态。需要加大科技投入,改变生产生活方式,建立资源节约型的社会生产和消费体系。
The conception and model of ecological footprint was used,and based on the data of the statistical yearbook of Keerqin Left Wing and Behind Banner Inner Mongolia in 2001, the ecological footprint of Behind Banner in 2001 was calculated and analyzed. The results showed that the ecological deficit per capita of Keerqin Left Wing and Behind Banner was 0.4962hm^2 in 2001, which reflects that the human load has already stayed beyond the regional ecological carrying capacity, and the regional natural ecosystem is under great pressure of human activities. It is not the sustainable development state, and much money shoul be invested in technology and the ways of production and living should be changed, to build up the economy society of production and consumption.
