摘要
本文对施工企业为提高中标率,采取的低价中标法进行分析。并对低价中标后,为确保企业效益,加强目标成本管理,所采取的三个步骤进行论述。
It is analyzed the low price tender method to be taken by construction enterprises in order to improve the rate of tender. It is also discussed on the three steps to be taken by construction enterprises after obtaining low price tender so as to insure the benefits of enterprises and strengthen the objective cost management.
