春小麦不同品质类型籽粒蛋白质及组分与沉淀值的关系 被引量:7

Relationships Between the Sedimentation Value and Grain Protein Content and Fractions in Genotypes with Different Quality in Spring Wheat

摘要 春小麦籽粒SDS沉淀值与Zeleny沉淀值呈显著正相关关系(r20min=0.924 )。小麦蛋白质含量与沉淀值在品种间呈不显著正相关,在品质类型间呈极显著正相关。年份对籽粒蛋白质含量和沉淀值有影响,但不同品质类型间蛋白质含量和沉淀值之间的正相关关系不随年份变化。蛋白质组分中清蛋白和球蛋白含量与沉淀值呈不显著负相关关系,醇溶蛋白含量与沉淀值呈显著负相关,麦谷蛋白含量与沉淀值呈极显著正相关。麦谷蛋白与结构蛋白(清蛋白+球蛋白)比例、麦谷蛋白与醇溶蛋白比例、麦谷蛋白与其它3种蛋白总和的比例与沉淀值之间均呈极显著正相关关系。 The correlation between the SDS- sedimentation value and Zeleny - sedimentation value of spring wheat grain was significantly positive (r_20min=0.924~**).The sedimentation value of the different cultivars was positively correlated with the protein content, but not significant the sedimentation value of different quality genotypes was positively and significantly correlated with the grain protein content.The protein content and the sedimentation value were different in different years,but the positively correlation between the protein content and the sedimentation value were not changed in different years.The correlations between albumin and globulin and sedimentation were negative, but not significant. However, The correlation between gliadin and sedimentation was significantly negative, and significantly positive between glutenin and sedimentation.The ratio of glutenin content to the structure protein (globulin and albumin),gliadin and sum of the other protein fractions were significant positively correlated with the sedimentation value.
