摘要
研究了丙烯腈/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物[P(AN/VAc)]在二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)中不同浓度,不同温度下的流变性能.结果表明:3种不同浓度(10%,20%,30%)的溶液均属于非牛顿流体中的假塑性流体,非牛顿指数为0.73~0.99;随着温度的升高,溶液表观粘度下降;对于质量分数10%的P(AN/VAc)/DMAC溶液,当剪切速率小于42 s-1时,有明显的切力变稀行为;3种溶液的粘流活化能分别为22.63,23.55,28.51kJ/mol,P(AN/VAc)质量分数为20%~30%时,溶液的粘流活化能增加较快.
The rheological behavior of acrylonitrile-vinyl acetate copolymer [ P( AN/VAc) ] was studied in the presence of dim-ethylacetamide (DMAC) with different concentration at different temperatures. The results showed that these three solution with different concentration of 10% , 20% and 30% belongs to non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid with non-Newtonian index of 0. 73 - 0. 99. Their apparent viscosity was decreased with the increase of temperature. The behavior of obvious shear thinning was observed when the shearing rate of 10% P( AN/VAc) /DMAC was below 42 s -1. Their viscous flow activation energy was 22. 63, 23.55, 28.51 kJ/mol, respectively, which was increased rapidly at the weight mass ratio of P(AN/VAc) in the range of 20% -30%.
