喷丝孔孔径对涤纶单丝直径与双折射的影响

Effect of diameter of spinneret hole on diameter and birefringence of PET filament

利用具有不同孔径的同一喷丝板生产不同线密度和取向度的涤纶POY。研究了同一喷丝板上不同喷丝孔直径对涤纶POY单丝直径与双折射率的影响。随着喷丝孔孔径的增大,涤纶POY单丝直径增大,单丝的取向度降低,双折射率减小。

PET POY with different linear density and orientation can be produced with the same spinneret. The effect of spinneret hole diameter on the filament diameter and birefringence of PET POY was studied by using the same spinneret. While increasing the diameter of spinneret hole, the filament diameter of PET POY was increased, both the orientation and the birefringence of PET filament were decreased.
